These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Colori Printing services, website, and purchase of our products. By placing an order or submitting a request, you agree to be bound by these terms. (800) 289-1597.
Order Approval
All orders are subject to review and approval by Colori Printing before production begins. A digital proof or mockup will be provided for customer approval prior to printing. Production will not commence until written approval is received via email or other written confirmation. Colori Printing reserves the right to decline any order that conflicts with our production capabilities, content policies, or ethical standards.
Customer Content & Uploaded Artwork
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, or other content, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce the submitted content. Colori Printing will not be held liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colori Printing from any claims arising from the use of your submitted content.
File Requirements
Customers are responsible for submitting files that meet our production specifications. We recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at print size for plexiglass prints. For large-format wall prints, 100 DPI at intended output size is acceptable. Accepted formats include JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, and TIFF. Colori Printing is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted files. File optimization guidance is available upon request.
Color & Print Variation
While Colori Printing makes every effort to produce accurate color reproduction, slight variations between digital proofs and final printed output may occur due to monitor calibration, surface material, and UV ink behavior on different substrates. Colors on screens (RGB) may differ from printed output (UV ink on surface). Colori Printing is not responsible for minor color variations that fall within acceptable industry standards. For exact color matching, please consult with our team before order placement.
Design Revisions
For orders that include graphic design services, up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included at no additional charge. Additional revisions beyond this limit are subject to an hourly design fee of $50 per hour. Design revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of proof delivery. Revisions requested after production has begun may not be accommodated and may result in additional production charges.
Payment Terms
Online orders (plexiglass prints, vehicle magnets) are collected in full at time of checkout. For custom mural projects and large commercial orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before design or scheduling begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion before installation or delivery. All prices are in USD. Colori Printing reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Online product orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if production has not begun, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Custom mural deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. For defective products or printing errors caused by Colori Printing, we will reprint the order at no charge or issue a store credit. Refunds are not provided for customer-supplied artwork errors, approved proof variations, or changes in project scope after production.
Production Timelines
Standard production turnaround for plexiglass prints is 5–10 business days after order confirmation and art approval. Vehicle magnets are typically produced within 3–7 business days. Custom mural projects are printed same day on-site after design approval. Rush production options are available for an additional fee. All timelines are estimates and may vary due to order volume, material availability, or unforeseen production delays. Colori Printing is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping rates apply: $9.99 for standard delivery (7–10 business days), $19.99 for expedited (3–5 business days), $39.99 for rush (1–2 business days). Large format items (36×48" and above) may incur additional freight charges of $29–$149 based on size and destination, calculated at checkout. Local delivery is available at $25–$75. On-site mural installations are booked separately and require a custom scheduling quote. Colori Printing is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by carriers. All shipments are insured and tracked.
Customer Responsibility for Submitted Files
The customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all submitted files and content. This includes ensuring correct spelling, grammar, sizing, and layout. Colori Printing will reproduce content exactly as provided and approved. We are not responsible for errors that exist in approved artwork, including but not limited to typos, color choices, design elements, or sizing. Please review all proofs carefully before granting approval.
Copyright & Artwork Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all original artwork submitted for printing. By submitting files to Colori Printing, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Colori Printing may use project photographs for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless the customer explicitly requests confidentiality in writing at time of order. All proprietary designs, templates, and original works created by Colori Printing's design team remain the intellectual property of Colori Printing unless a full copyright transfer agreement is executed in writing.
Liability Limitations
Colori Printing's total liability for any claim arising from our products or services is limited to the original purchase price of the applicable order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature. We make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in these terms. Customers are responsible for ensuring surfaces are suitable for printing prior to scheduling mobile UV wall printing services. Colori Printing is not liable for pre-existing surface conditions, wall damage unrelated to our printing process, or any structural issues discovered during installation.
