How does NYC same-day delivery work?
When you select NYC Five Boroughs delivery at checkout, our team personally delivers your order by car. Depending on order volume and time of day, we offer same-day or next-day delivery. We'll contact you after your order is placed to confirm the delivery window.
Which NYC boroughs do you deliver to?
We deliver to all five NYC boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. The flat $75 delivery fee covers any address within these five boroughs — no matter the size of your order.
Is the $75 NYC delivery fee per item or per order?
It's a flat $75 per order — not per item. Whether you order one plexiglass print or multiple products, the delivery fee is always $75 for NYC Five Boroughs delivery.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and the product ordered. Plexiglass prints and vehicle magnets are usually produced and shipped within 5–10 business days of order confirmation.
Do you ship outside of New York?
Yes! We ship nationwide to all 50 states via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely — and it's free! Our studio is located in Briarwood, Queens, NY 11435. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to schedule a convenient pickup appointment.
What if I'm outside the five boroughs but still in the NYC metro area?
For locations outside the five boroughs (Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, etc.), standard shipping applies. For large commercial orders, we may be able to arrange a delivery — contact us before ordering to discuss options.
Do you offer rush or expedited shipping?
Rush production is available on select products — contact us before placing your order to request it. For NYC delivery, same-day service is available depending on availability. Expedited carrier shipping (overnight, 2-day) can be arranged — reach out to confirm rates.
